Overview
Better Place, the leading electric vehicle services provider, is accelerating the global transition to sustainable transportation. It is building the infrastructure and intelligent network to deliver a range of services to drivers, enable widespread adoption of electric vehicles and optimize energy use.
Challenge
Better Place needed to design its self-service section in Israel and Denmark. They needed a design that will encompass their brand values and their visual language, while offering a seamless, user-friendly experience.
Solution
We have redesigned the self-service section using innovative UI solutions, which allows the user to immediately view all the relevant information, control the battery charging, receive information about faults and how to troubleshoot them, and to easily contact the service center when needed.
